cashumi

cashumi is a painter and video artist who moves fluidly between worlds, working with acrylics on canvas and beyond.
Her creations are guided by ancient wisdoms—Hinduism, Buddhism, Yoga, Kabbalah, cosmic geometry, the Tree of Life, and Tarot. From these timeless sources she summons a symbolic language, weaving visions that emerge like dreamscapes: luminous portals, “visualisations of the magickal,” where tradition and imagination converge.
Symbols are central to her practice, each work demanding its own unique approach, as if every canvas were an initiation into a new mystery. In her Used Cardboard Art series, even the remnants of her materials transform, becoming vessels of renewal where traces of past works fuse into new, living forms.
Her art is less an object than an invitation—into the realm of archetypes, symbols, and the unseen currents that shape the soul.
